Chef Rob and Co opened for business in 2008.
Under the direction of Chef
Robert M. Stephens, a former Corporate
Executive Chef and Country Club Chef
who holds a degree in Culinary Arts and
Hospitality Management.
“Chef Rob” as he is known by
many is a long time resident
of the great state of Alabama
and has won numerous awards in culinary
competition as well as service awards in
the food service industry. He is an
accomplished ice sculptor and very involved
with many local charities, His passion for
“just really good simple food” as he says,
is what he strives for on a daily basis. By
taking the freshest ingredients, keeping it
simple, and producing a quality dish that
people will enjoy time and time again.

Dear Chef Rob,
Derek and I are finally settling back in from the wedding and
honeymoon so I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you.
Derek and I were SO pleased with how well our wedding
went!  You worked quietly behind the scenes to make sure
everyone had your amazing food, cake, and beverages and
you did a wonderful job.  We have heard rave reviews about
the food from the attendees so great job!  Picking you for the
catering was an easy decision. Derek and I sat on the hotel
room bed that night with all of the boxes of food you prepared
for us and we chowed down.  It was so good! We continued
to enjoy the food until we left for the honeymoon. :) Thank you
very much for everything.  Our day was amazing!!
